  • Addressing/29 IPv4 block included

    Five usable addresses as standard, with IPv6 available. Additional blocks are assigned on justification, as the registries require.

On availability claims

We target 99.99% network availability and back it with service credits rather than an unqualified promise. Any host claiming a literal hundred per cent is describing a credit policy, not a guarantee, and we would rather say so plainly.

From order to root access

Stock builds are usually live within twenty-four hours. Custom builds take a few days longer because the hardware is assembled for you rather than pulled from a shelf.

  1. You choose the build

    Pick a stock configuration, or tell us the workload and we will spec one. Custom builds are quoted with the component list visible.

  2. We rack and burn it in

    The machine is assembled, stress-tested for several hours and checked for thermal and memory faults before it is considered ready.

  3. Operating system installed

    Your choice of Linux, with a control panel if you want one. Partitioning and RAID are configured to suit the workload you described.

  4. Credentials handed over

    Root access, IPMI details and network information arrive together. Migration help, if you need it, starts the same day.
