Unlock at your current registrar
Log into whoever holds the domain now and switch off the registrar lock. It is usually one toggle in the domain settings.
Request the auth code
Ask them for the EPP or authorisation code. Most registrars email it within minutes, though some take up to a day.

Enter the domain and the code, and pay for the transfer year. We submit the request to the registry the same day.
Approve and wait
You will get a confirmation email. Approve it and the registry completes the move, typically within five to seven days.
