Four steps, mostly waiting
The parts that take time are enforced by the registry, not by us. Everything on our side happens the day you submit.
Unlock at your current registrar
Log into whoever holds the domain now and switch off the registrar lock. It is usually one toggle in the domain settings.
Request the auth code
Ask them for the EPP or authorisation code. Most registrars email it within minutes, though some take up to a day.
Start the transfer here
Enter the domain and the code, and pay for the transfer year. We submit the request to the registry the same day.
Approve and wait
You will get a confirmation email. Approve it and the registry completes the move, typically within five to seven days.

Registrar lock
Enabled by default so nobody can move the domain away without your authorisation code.
Auto-renew
On by default, switchable from the overview page, with notices well before the renewal date.
EPP code on demand
Generate the authorisation code yourself. Leaving does not require a ticket or a retention call.
Private nameservers
Register ns1 and ns2 on your own domain, which is what you need to resell hosting under your brand.

Update the registrant, admin, billing and technical WHOIS records yourself at any time.
Unlimited subdomains
A DNS record rather than a billable item, so there is no cap and no upsell attached.
