Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on hostelevate.com and in our client area, and how you can control them.
Last updated: November 3, 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. They let a site remember things between pages and visits, such as your login or your currency.
How we use them
- Essential: needed for the site and client area to work, such as keeping you logged in, holding your cart and protecting forms from bots. These cannot be switched off.
- Preferences: remember choices you make, such as your currency.
- Analytics: help us understand which pages are used so we can improve them. These are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner.
- Live chat: keep a chat conversation working. These are set only when you open the chat.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.
